Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- current psychiatric hospitalization for suicidal thoughts and behaviors
- 18 years or older
- ability to speak and read English
- plan to continue outpatient treatment
- access to means for viewing videos (computer, tablet, smartphone)
Exclusion
- current psychotic symptoms
