Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All consenting undergraduate University students, studying at Ulster University who have visual stress symptoms.
Exclusion
- Reduced visual acuity
- Uncorrected spectacle prescription
- Decompensating heterophoria
- Heterotropia
- Accommodative insufficiency
- Convergence insufficiency
- Ocular health abnormality
- Any participant currently using precision tinted lenses
