Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • All consenting undergraduate University students, studying at Ulster University who have visual stress symptoms.

Exclusion

  • Reduced visual acuity
  • Uncorrected spectacle prescription
  • Decompensating heterophoria
  • Heterotropia
  • Accommodative insufficiency
  • Convergence insufficiency
  • Ocular health abnormality
  • Any participant currently using precision tinted lenses
