Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- invasive mechanical ventilation beyond 48 hours
Exclusion
- hospital - acquired pneumonia
- community - acquired pneumoniae
- BMI \> 35 kg/cm2
- pregnancy
- tracheostomy
