  • \- invasive mechanical ventilation beyond 48 hours

Exclusion

  • hospital - acquired pneumonia
  • community - acquired pneumoniae
  • BMI \> 35 kg/cm2
  • pregnancy
  • tracheostomy
  • reintubation
