Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Being between the ages of 18-80
- Spending most of their time at home in quarantine because of the Coronavirus outbreak not to contract the virus
- Having internet access
- Being able to read and comprehend English language
Exclusion
- Having any mental impairment or degeneration
- Having any life-threatening health condition
