Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- COVID-19 positive
- Pneumonia defined as hospitalization for acute (\< 7 days) onset of symptoms (cough, sputum production, or dyspnea).
- Hypoxemia defined as ≥ 2 L/min oxygen
Exclusion
- Intubation
- Inability to lie supine
