Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • COVID-19 positive
  • Pneumonia defined as hospitalization for acute (\< 7 days) onset of symptoms (cough, sputum production, or dyspnea).
  • Hypoxemia defined as ≥ 2 L/min oxygen

Exclusion

  • Intubation
  • Inability to lie supine
