Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • patients with transsphincteric anal fistula

Exclusion

  • Anorectal malignancy.
  • Patient with previous radiotherapy to the region.
  • Those with fistula due to specific disease as Crohn's disease.
  • Patients with anal incontinence.
  • Patients with perianal collections.
  • Patients on cytotoxic or immunosuppressive therapy.
