Inclusion
- Clinical weight less than 1.5 kg at birth
- Clinically stable
- No cardio or respiratory support
- Reached 2/3 of his/her enteral feeding
Exclusion
- IUGR
- Clinical unstable
- On cardio or respiratory support
- Dysmorphic
