Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosed with Type 2 Diabetes for past 1 year.
- HbA1c between 7-10%.
- BMI between 25-29.9
- Age Between 45-75
- Sedentary
Exclusion
- Diabetic Neuropathy
- Active Smoker
- Musculoskeletal conditions
- Cardiovascular conditions
