- Inclusion criteria:
- Patient ≥ 18 years old
- SARS-CoV-2 infection confirmed by PCR or strongly suspected on compatible radio-clinical grounds during an epidemic period.
- Exclusion criteria:
- Not able to express their opposition
- Patient under guardianship or curatorship
