Soccer is a high intensity sport, characterized by continuous changes of direction and high load unipodal actions, which generates high levels of stress in the lower limbs, particularly in the knees ....

Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • belong to a soccer club, belong to the category of men's youth soccer,
  • Not having suffered any musculoskeletal injury to the lower limb during the previous 6 months to the start of the intervention

Exclusion

  • suffering a neurological condition,
  • suffering severe hearing or visual conditions or performing proprioceptive exercises as part of the warm-up or calm down prior to the investigation
