Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- belong to a soccer club, belong to the category of men's youth soccer,
- Not having suffered any musculoskeletal injury to the lower limb during the previous 6 months to the start of the intervention
Exclusion
- suffering a neurological condition,
- suffering severe hearing or visual conditions or performing proprioceptive exercises as part of the warm-up or calm down prior to the investigation
