Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- patients with spondyloarthropathy
- on any oral or injectable forms of biological treatment
Exclusion
- less than 18years of age
- who did not consent for participation
- deferred from biological treatment due to comorbid conditions like concurrent infections or heart failure
