Inclusion
- Patient above 18 year-old admitted to intensive care unit
- COVID-19 assessed by PCR on nasopharyngeal swab or pulmonary sample
- Oro-tracheal intubation for mechanical ventilation
Exclusion
- Guardianship or curatorship
- Prisoners
- No health insurance
- Pregnancy
