Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Clinical diagnosis of systemic arterial hypertension;
- Must be able to reality physical exercise.
Exclusion
- Diabetes mellitus;
- Chronic renal failure;
- Body mass index ≥ 35kg/m2;
- Coronary artery disease;
- Heart failure;
- Use of beta-blocker;
- Uso of alpha-blocker;
- Smoker;
- Menopause (woman).
