Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Clinical diagnosis of systemic arterial hypertension;
  • Must be able to reality physical exercise.

Exclusion

  • Diabetes mellitus;
  • Chronic renal failure;
  • Body mass index ≥ 35kg/m2;
  • Coronary artery disease;
  • Heart failure;
  • Use of beta-blocker;
  • Uso of alpha-blocker;
  • Smoker;
  • Menopause (woman).
