Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Patients over 18 years of age
- Presenting a situation at risk of acute respiratory failure
- Requiring thorax imaging when they were treated.
Exclusion
- Patients with anatomically incomplete thoracic imaging (e.g., technical acquisition error).
