Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Professional athletes
  • Age range between 18-25.

Exclusion

  • Conduction of any strengthening exercises on the day before the tests
  • Musculoskeletal injury during the last six months
  • Background of knee trauma and/or surgery
