Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Morbid obese patient BMI\>40
- ASA I, II, III
- Elective sleeve gastrectomy
Exclusion
- Oral cavity infection or pathological abnormalities
- Suspected or known abnormalities in supraglottic anatomy
- Patients planned for awake fiberoptic intubation
