Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- 60 female patients 2. aged 45-60 years 3. ASA Physical Status Class I and II 4. scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy
Exclusion
- Patients had infection at injection site
- Allergy to local anesthetics
- Coagulation disorders
- Severe obesity
- Physical or mental diseases which could interfere with the evaluation of pain scores
- Kidney failure or liver failure.
