Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • 60 female patients 2. aged 45-60 years 3. ASA Physical Status Class I and II 4. scheduled for abdominal hysterectomy

Exclusion

  • Patients had infection at injection site
  • Allergy to local anesthetics
  • Coagulation disorders
  • Severe obesity
  • Physical or mental diseases which could interfere with the evaluation of pain scores
  • Kidney failure or liver failure.
