Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- LBP of less than 3 months duration
- Age 18-65
- Able to read and understand English
- Fit directional preference of extension
Exclusion
- Any red flags for therapy
- Prior spinal surgery
- Directional preference of flexsion
