Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Azoospermia in at least 2 separate semen analyses
- Palpable varicocele
Exclusion
- Obstructive azoospermia
- Abnormal Karyotype
- Previous chemotherapy, radiotherapy and or diagnosed maligancy.
- previous testicular of inguinal surgeries.
- secondary azoospermia
