Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- All ICU patients presenting septic shock
- No criteria of traumatic or vascular brain injury
Exclusion
- Patients with refractory septick shock
- rapid fatal evolution: before 72 hours
- No individualisation of the MCA ultrasonographic window
