Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Cancer group:
- Inclusion criteria:
- 18 Years and older
- Able to provide informed consent
- No cognitive impairment
- Newly diagnosed OESCC or oesophageal dysplasia.
Exclusion
- 1\) On anticoagulation including Plavix, warfarin and NOAC's
- Control group:
- Inclusion Criteria:
- Patients undergoing an OGD without a history of malignancy
- 18 Years and older
- Able to provide informed consent
- No cognitive impairment
