Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- • above 18 years old suffering large midline incisional hernia.
Exclusion
- complicated incisional hernia,
- advanced cardiac, respiratory, liver and renal diseases
- patients with abdominal and abdominal wall malignancy
- ASA III and IV
