Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Healthy subjects (male and female)
- Age interval: 20-60 years old (inclusive)
Exclusion
- Any known absolute or relative contraindication to beta-blocker therapy
- Poor echogenicity
- A resting heart rate \<60 bpm
- A resting blood pressure \< 110/70 mmHg
