Inclusion
- Symptomatic osteoarthritis
- BMI ≥ 25
Exclusion
- Age \< 18
- Currently following a specialized or therapeutic diet
- Pregnant or breastfeeding
- Type 1 Diabetes
- Unable to read or speak English
- Unwilling to use the digital application
