Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- SCI onset in a year.
- Motor level above T12 and American Spinal Injury Association Impairment Scale (AIS) grade A, B, C, or D.
- Age from 20\~70.
- FEV1\< 80% prediction value.
Exclusion
- Ventilation dependent
- Tracheostomy
- Psychiatric condition
- Progressive diseases
- infection
- Cancer
- Unable to speak Chinese or English.
