Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- over 18 years of age
- access to a smartphone, computer, or tablet with internet access
- currently has health insurance
Exclusion
- under 18 years of age
- unable to give consent due to psychiatric or cognitive impairment
- lack of access to a smartphone, computer, or tablet with internet access
- does not currently have health insurance
