Inclusion

  • over 18 years of age
  • access to a smartphone, computer, or tablet with internet access
  • currently has health insurance

Exclusion

  • under 18 years of age
  • unable to give consent due to psychiatric or cognitive impairment
  • lack of access to a smartphone, computer, or tablet with internet access
  • does not currently have health insurance
