Inclusion
- Indication for surgery for any reason
- Coming from the emergency room or hospitalized for less than 72 hours
Exclusion
- Prisoner
- Chronic pulmonary disease
- Heart failure
- Kidney failure
- Referred from another hospital with invasive mechanical ventilation
