- Female
- 13-16 years
- Living in the UK and Ireland
- Ability to participate in moderate intensity physical activity according to the Physical Activity Readiness Questionnaire
Exclusion
- Currently pregnant
- Severe psychological or neurological condition
- No access to a phone or computer
