Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • acceptance to participate in the research,
  • age 14-24

Exclusion

  • diagnosed neurological diseases,
  • fear of restricted vision or putting on goggles,
  • diagnosed musculoskeletal diseases,
  • injuries to the musculoskeletal system,
  • regular sports activities during the week.
