Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Self-report of physician diagnosis of IBS.
- At least 18 years of age.
Exclusion
- Severe depression or suicidality
- Comorbid GI disorder such as inflammatory bowel disease or celiac disease.
- Pregnancy
