Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Diagnosis of Type 1 diabetes
- Sub-optimal glycaemic control (HbA1c 8.5%)
- No current or planned attendance at other structured education programmes
Exclusion
- Severe, physical/mental illness
- Pregnancy
- Unstable retinopathy
- Significant learning difficulties
