Inclusion
- Maxillary transverse discrepancy
- Skeletal mature patients
- SARPE treatment is indicated
Exclusion
- Patients with a syndrome with an influence on head-and-neck morphology (such as Apert, Crouzon syndrome)
- Cleft patients
