Inclusion
- Informed consent obtained from the participant
- Females ≥18 years at the time of consent, with proven X-ALD as defined by
- Elevated VLCFA values, or
- Mutation in ABCD1 gene
Exclusion
- No informed consent and assent
- Current pregnancy
