Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Willing to quit smoking
- Clear consciousness
- Able to communicate in Mandarin or Taiwanese
Exclusion
- Diagnosed with asthma or chronic obstructive pulmonary disease
- Diagnosed with nervous system
- Diagnosis of mental illness
- Arrhythmia, use of cardiac pacemakers, and atrioventricular conduction disorders
