- \- Adults patients scheduled to undergo elective primary total hip arthroplasty by posterior surgical approach with spinal anesthesia
Exclusion
- Patient refusal
- Allergy to administrated drugs or local infection
- Pregnancy
- History of chronic pain
- Drugs addiction
- Mental ou neurological diseases
- Kidney or liver serious diseases
