Inclusion

  • lifelong premature ejaculation and non-responding to dapoxetine alone.

Exclusion

  • diabetes mellitus,
  • chronic prostatitis,
  • Advanced renal or hepatic diseases
  • neurological diseases
  • C.N.S. medications
