Inclusion
- • Adult patients who will undergo open-heart surgery
Exclusion
- Under the age of 18 years
- Bundle branch block in preoperative ECG
- Arrhythmia in preoperative ECG
- allergies specific to known drugs
- Electrolyte disorders
