Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Patients with cirrhosis and portal hypertension undergoing elective TIPS placement
  • ASAⅠ\~Ⅲ

Exclusion

  • Patients with portal vein thrombosis and vein-to-vein communications
  • Refusal of consent
  • Presence of allergy to fentanyl
