Inclusion

  • Pancreatoduodenectomy
  • High updated alternative -Fistula Risk Score which was defined \> 20%, as the higher-risk category of the alternative-Fistula Risk Score

Exclusion

  • Explorative laparotomy
  • Hard pancreatic parenchyma
