Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Volunteer, out- and in-patients in gastroenterology division of Wanfang hospital.
Exclusion
- The decline and fall of informed consent.
- Pregnancy.
- Heart murmur grading greater or equal to level 3.
- Cardiac Arrhythmia.
- Patient with critical conditions such as renal or heart failure.
