Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • absence of physical impairment (e.g. traumatic injury)
  • absence of mental impairment (e.g. mental retardation)
  • no consumption of psychotropic medications

Exclusion

  • • restrictions to do exercises (based on Medical certificate issued by the Physician)
