  • Patients scheduled to undergo cardiopulmonary bypass
  • Informed consent

Exclusion

  • Age \<18 years
  • Pregnant women
  • Emergency surgery
  • Cardiac surgery without CPB
  • thrombocytopenia \<100000/mmm3
