Inclusion
- Patients undergoing surgery in the Cardiac Surgery and Orthopedic Surgery departments of the CHU Amiens-Picardie
- patients who will be beforehand informed
- patients who will not be opposed to this study.
Exclusion
- HIV and hepatitis positive patients
