Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Low back pain for at least 2 months.
  • A passive SLR angle of 70° or less.
  • Both genders.
  • 25-40 years age.
  • Pain \> 3 on NPRS

Exclusion

  • Any fracture of spine or lower limb.
  • No neurological signs.
  • Malignancy, infection, trauma or any bony deformity.
  • Surgery of spine or lower limb.
