Eligibility Criteria

Inclusion

  • Female 18-50 years.
  • Suffering from breast cancer.
  • Treated with adjuvant or neoadjuvant chemotherapy.
  • Having regular menstrual cycle before chemotherapy.

Exclusion

  • Bilateral oophorectomy or ovarian irradiation before enrollment.
  • Prior chemotherapy.
  • Oral contraceptives before enrollment.
  • Pregnancy or lactation.
