Inclusion
- Pediatric intensive care patients
- Length of stay of 48 hours or more
Exclusion
- Non Danish speaking
- Use of neuromuscular blocking agents
- sedation level at COMFORT behavior score \> 11 or Richmond Agitation Sedation Scale \> -3
