Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Sedentary individuals: students with low levels of physical activity (≤ 150 minutes/week),
- Athletes: semi professional soccer players
Exclusion
- Participants were prohibited from consuming probiotics, prebiotics or fermented products (yogurt or other foods)
- Presenting injury or illness
