Eligibility Criteria
Inclusion
- Preferably being a member of Association of Nurse Managers,
- Being a manager nurse,
- To be a manager for at least two years,
- To be at least a bachelor's degree,
- Working,
- It is to volunteer to participate in the study.
Exclusion
- Participating in the first stage of the research,
- Not being an executive nurse,
- Less than two years of management experience
- To be a high school or associate degree graduate,
- Not working actively,
- Not willing to participate in the study
