Inclusion
- All the buns patients of either age or sex coming with burn scar for plastic surgery.
- Give consent for this study
- Aesthetically not pleasant
- Exposed body parts
- Mature scar
Exclusion
- Immature scar
- Systematic illness.
- Sepsis
- Psychiatric illness.
- Pregnant women
